RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Please get in touch if you are intending on returning an item. We will give you the address and any other information you might need.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you exchange an item, the cost for return shipping will be charged on your order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
All Shirts and Hats are made to order. That makes our return/exchange policy a little different.
In most cases, Sew Bonita does not provide refunds however we will happily provide exchanges on unworn, unused full-price merchandise within 30 days of purchase. These exchanges only apply in situations where shirt sizes need to be swapped. Since all products are made to order, we won't be able to exchange shirts for hats or vice versa. Faulty clothing items will be replaced at no charge to you. Please contact us here if you need to exchange.
DEFECTIVE CLOTHING & APPAREL
If any clothing or apparel is damaged or defective, we will gladly send out a replacement to you right away. Contact us at elena@sewbonita.com for a replacement.
CUSTOM BAGS & HANDMADE ACCESSORIES
Our bags and accessories are hand sewn and made with love, all sales on these items are final.
BREAKABLES AND LARGE ITEMS BEING RETURNED
If you are returning an item back to us for an exchange or refund and the item arrives broken during shipment, we will not be able to continue with your exchange or refund. We recommend, you pack the item extremely carefully and mark if fragile all over the box. It is also recommended that you purchase insurance at the post office for larger/expensive items to cover this possible issue.
