In-Store Pickup Details

Order Pickup Window
Orders placed for in-store pickup are typically ready within 4 Business Hours (during operating ours below), unless otherwise noted.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.

Once notified, orders must be picked up within 30 Days.

Pickup Location & Hours

Orders may be picked up during regular store hours below:
Wed-Sat 10am to 6pm
Sundays 12pm to 5pm
CLOSED Mondays and Tuesdays

Please bring your order confirmation (digital or printed) and a valid ID.

Extended Holding Period

If you are unable to pick up your order within the 30-day window, please contact us as soon as possible. We’re happy to work with you when communication is made in advance.

Orders not picked up within 30 days of the ready-for-pickup notification, and without prior communication, will be considered abandoned.

Abandoned Orders

After 30 days:

• Orders may be restocked, donated, or otherwise disposed of at Sew Bonita’s discretion.

• No refunds or store credit will be issued for abandoned orders.

This policy helps us manage limited storage space and continue serving our community efficiently.

Third-Party Pickup
If someone else is picking up your order, please let us know ahead of time. They must present the order confirmation and their name must match the authorized pickup information.
