1800 Calico is Alexia Marcelle Abegg’s fall 2026 fabric collection for Ruby Star Society, inspired by antique calico patchwork quilts. While some of her previous designs have drawn inspiration from vintage calico prints, this release focuses on how small-scale prints can create dynamic patchwork when color placement and value become the central focus of a quilt.

This new release beautifully combines a classic calico color palette with the signature Ruby Star Society fabric colors, while introducing Chrome Yellow and Cheddar, two brand-new shades for the designers. Perfect for memory quilts, the collection also features an amazing quilt label panel designed to help you preserve the story, history, and maker details behind your heirloom quilts.

This collection includes 26 premium Ruby Star Society quilting cottons, available by the half yard, as fat quarter bundles, half yard bundles, and pre-cuts.
